Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas and grew up in the state. She went on to become a TV host for the daytime talkshow The Talk. She was born and raised in Little Rock. Sheryl comes from an extended family with many issues. She grew up caring for her younger older sister Frankie. Frankie was a polio sufferer. While she was growing older she had numerous arguments with her mom. Sheryl says that at the past, her mother would stab her father due to him becoming too close to her. Sheryl became a member of the military right after her graduation from her college. However, her love for comedy was always there. She became the very first woman to win the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. She began her TV career as a frequent performer at The HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. In 2000, she was host of The show Oh Drama! Then in 2011, she started participating in The Talk as co-host. She's also appeared in fictional show like Bulworth Niki as well as Beauty Shop.
